We recently purchased a wonderful KWPN mare from Holland and she arrived safely at Mckenzie Stables 2 weeks ago!  She is quiet, brave, friendly, and jumps and moves a 10+.  She is Bella's new show horse to do the derbies and the 3'6" A/O divisions on.  She will be showing her for the first time in Parker, CO June 11-23 and we're so excited to see how she does!

Deco gave birth to a beautiful, healthy boy on April 3rd.  He is big, absolutely stunning to look at, and has an "in your pocket" personality.  We are so so excited that this is Redwine's first ever black/white pinto offspring!

Still Raining gave birth to a beautiful, big colt on April 27th.  We are very impressed with this guy!  He has very correct conformation, hack winning movement and a great brain.  He is being offered for sale.  Contact if interested.

A new fantastic addition!

We have purchased a wonderful mare to add to our broodmare lineup!  Her name is Still Raining and she is as fancy as they come!  We are so excited to welcome her to the family!  You can read more about her on our broodmare page.

Xaria is named CHAMPION in the OHJA year-end award for the Baby Green division with 64 points and the Very Low Hunter with 61 points! Not too shabby for her first year of showing!  Walker is 3rd in the Older Children's Hunter and 6th in the 3' Pre-Greens!

We are so happy with both of these horses and cannot wait to start the 2012 season in new divisions!

This had to be the most fun we have had at a show in a while!  Isabella and WindWalker were GRAND CHAMPION in the Older Children's hunter division!  We were all so happy!

Isabella and Xaria also received GRAND CHAMPION in the Baby Green Hunter division!  This was a very good show!  We are so excited for the 2012 show season!  Xaria is stepping up into the 3' Pre-greens and Walker is stepping up into the Large Juniors!  Our next show is the 'AA' Blueribbon Winter Festival in Waco in January!  Stay tuned.

July GO 'AA' show 2011

Xaria showed in the baby green hunter both weeks with both Isabella and professional, Laureen McKenzie.  This was Xaria's only second show and she did so well!  We were very happy with her.  She placed 2nd in the hunter one round out of 13 entries and 2nd in the hack out of 12 entries during the first week.  She did great the second week and took home 2 eighths and a sixth.

Walker and Isabella did the Older Childrens for the first time together and they did a great job!  In their first hunter classic together, they received 10th place out of 15 entries.  Walker received a 3rd, 4th, 6th, 2 sevenths, an eigth and high praises from many spectators and other riders.
